Vanessa O'Neal, President of IN-TEGRAL, Executive Search & Consulting Firm, Inc., a fellow North Carolina delegate to the Summit shares some reflections:

"Here it is 3 weeks after the summit and what I find myself thinking of most of all is the speech on "Freedom" that Jack Faris gave. I have read and recited the speech several times since the summit and it makes me go back in time to the beginning stages of me starting my company and asking myself why I wanted to be an Entrepreneur.

Everything about the speech resembles reflection to me. It seems that as Entrepreneurs we face different adversarial tasks daily and the one question that we always ask without fail is "Why did I get myself into this" but for me the answer is simple although the tasks are not 'Freedom'. Each Entrepreneur's definition of freedom is different and my suggestion to all Entreprenuers is to reflect upon the reasons why they became Entrepreneurs and define their 'Freedoms'."

IN-TEGRAL, is located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. It provides placement and career development assistance for mid to executive level management personnel in the following fields:

  • Non-profit Organizations
  • Human Resources
  • Technology
  • Law Enforcement
  • Public Administration (MPA)
  • Business Administration (MBA)
  • Military Outsourcing

IN-TEGRAL is an independent professional recruiting, career development organization dedicated to matching trained and experienced executives with the companies who need them and recognize their worth.
