If you did not believe that there is money to be made on the internet you have not been following the fight over internet gaming, with 700 Unregulated Sites and growing on the front page. And if gaming is not your pleasure but music, film, and video games are, then see what five UCLA students have created, a major SEARCH ENGINE called Scour which has the Entertainment Industry up in arms.
2. PC Computing is now "Smart Business--for the New Economy."
This month Ziff Davis's "Smart Business for the New Economy," says it all, including articles on raising capital, and an article on the "The Digital Expatriate," by Jim Conley in their Radar Section discussing a Web site for the wild ones looking for tax breaks. We suggest that it might be easier to form a C Corp. and move into a tax favored neighborhood [work/live] in downtown Boston after January 1, 2000, or Burlington, Vermont especially if you are over 50, see below.
3. Pension Reforms are coming and it looks great to be 50.
If you do not think pensions are important, then you have missed the fact that Roll Over IRA's are big time business. Now if you are 50 or over, the House Ways and Means Committee just made the stakes greater.
